MAGNA-PLUG magnetic connector
ITC introduces an innovative new solution especially designed for applications where coupling and uncoupling of the connection pair presents special challenges (ex.: high temperature, operation with gloves, etc.).
The new MAGNA-PLUG connectors feature magnetic coupling between male and female; this prevents any connection error, as well as any damages when uncoupling, as the two sides just need to be pulled apart.

- Only one possible connection between male and female
- Retention force: 10lbs.
- Material body: Food grade Teflon (white)
- Material shell: 316 stainless steel
- Contacts: 6 gold plated
- Wire section: 18AWG (wires must be soldered to pins)
- Maximum temperature: 280ºC (550ºF)
- Maximum voltage: 48V DC
- Maximum current: 1.5A
- IP rating: IP67 / NEMA 6
These features make the MAGNA-PLUG ideal for control and signalling applications (thermocouple and RTD probe wiring, control and monitoring) in food, chemical industries, laboratories, etc.
The standard MAGNA-PLUG line includes:
- one In-line male connector, 6 poles
- one In-line female connector, 6 poles
- one panel mount female connector, 6 poles
This product is made in Canada and carries a 2-year limited warranty.
