Luca Fontana-Arnaldi
Co-Founder and Vice-President
Luca Fontana-Arnaldi has been the VP of ITC since 1994. Through leveraging his deep knowledge of the low-voltage components market, he co-founded and grew ITC from a small in-home startup to a thriving distribution business and market leader. He also has an extensive professional background including 50 years of experience as an electrical engineer. Luca’s ethics, demeanor and experience have been fundamental in shaping what ITC is today.
Irene Fontana-Arnaldi
Co-Founder and President
Irene Fontana-Arnaldi co-founded ITC in 1994, and she heads the finance department.
Matteo Fontana
Managing Director
Matteo Fontana joined the family business in 2009 after working for several years in IT. For the past several years, he has spearheaded the technological and operational efficiencies that have helped ITC grow into the well-oiled machine it is today.
Anil Kumar Anjaneya
Customer Care Manager/Account Manager
A member of the ITC team since 2011, Anil rose through the ranks to lead ITC’s sales and customer service departments. Anil uses his extensive interrelational skills and boundless energy to go beyond his clients’ objectives and reach the desired results.
Sanjeev Arulnandhy
Senior Inside Sales / Customer Care
Sanjeev Arulnandhy is a dynamic, results-oriented, and strategic sales professional with a proven track record of success in boosting sales performance and expanding market share. Currently serving as ITC’s Inside Sales lead, he excels in working collaboratively with clients to not only meet but surpass their expectations.
Abel Baluyot
Account Manager
Abel Baluyot has been in the Electronics and Electrical Distribution business for 35 years and finds it rewarding and exciting. He is a strategic thinker and problem solver that suits the Account Manager role perfectly.

With a wealth of experience in sales within the computer industry, Tim Del Grande is sure to bring a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to servicing our customers. His passion for helping others and his many years of experience will be an incredible asset to the team.
Peter Szikla
Sales Distribution Developer
Peter Szikla is a Sales Distribution Developer with over 40 years in the electrical industry, specializing in industrial electric heating systems. For the past 25 years, he has developed sales channels for ITC in Quebec, focusing on design specification and the startup of electrical control panels and electric heating systems.
Darren Belleau
Inside Sales
An honest and collaborative sales professional, Darren Belleau has been with ITC for over 3 years. One piece of advice he would share with someone starting out in the industry is to, “always ask questions, even if it’s a repeat question.”
