Insulated jumpers (busbars) for Fuse Holders and Circuit Breakers
ITC now offers a new series of insulated copper jumpers (busbars), designed to jumper modular fuse holders, Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs), and any other modular device with a pitch of 17.5-18mm.
Features and Specifications
- Longer busbars can be cut to custom lengths with a hacksaw and closed with appropriate end caps
- Design is finger safe
- Protective caps for unused pins are available
- Feeder terminals for top or bottom feed available
- 2 series are available: Ex9CBA, to be used with UL489 branch protectors, and Ex9CBB, to be used with UL1077 branch protectors, and most fuse holders
- Poles: 1, 2 and 3 pole configurations
- Number of pins (teeth): 6,12, 18 or 57
- Pitch: 17.5 – 18mm
- Nominal current: 80 or 100A. Ratings up to twice these values when center feeding instead of end feeding
- Voltage: up to 1,000V AC/DC (single pole), 600V AC/DC (2 and 3 poles)
- Approvals: UL489/508 listed (cULus), RoHS compliant and carry the CE-Mark
