EK-UL enclosures

The EK-UL line of non-metallic enclosures is specially designed for housing modular, DIN-Rail mounted control devices such as circuit breakers, timers, fuse holders, relays, etc. The particular design allows access to the top (operation) cover or side of these devices, under a lockable, transparent hinged cover, while denying access to the wiring terminals and the live parts of the system unless the whole enclosure is opened. Made of flame-retardant, halogen-free, highly resilient polycarbonate (UL-94 V2), these enclosures are rated IP65 when equipped with cable glands of same or higher rating (NEMA 12K). Five sizes are available for 2 to 24 modular units. Each enclosure is equipped with DIN rail and plastic closures for unused front spaces. Download catalog
