ILME Mixo '100A' Modular Connectors

100A contact elements are now available for the ILME® MIXO System of modular connector elements – the most flexible multipolar, multifunction connectors on the market.
Thanks to a new patented system, the new 100A crimp contacts and corresponding modules (series CG) offer improved resistance to mechanical stress (vibration, shock, cable pull), greater resistance to corrosion (gas-tight), and very low contact resistance, therefore low voltage drop.
Moreover, assembling the contact elements is very simple and fast, and independent form operator’s skill or crimping force. As with other elements in the ILME® MIXO system, the inserts are arranged side by side to form a single compact block, which in turn is inserted into a metal frame, locked by special tabs, and finally in an enclosure. The new 2-pole modules required for 100A contacts are identified as CX-02GF (female) and CX-02GM (male). Available crimp contacts, male and female (CGMA / CGFA), include models for 16mm2 (6AWG), 25mm2 (4AWG), 35mm2 (2AWG). 6AWG grounding contacts are also available. 
A hydraulic tool is required for crimping CG type contacts.
All types of ILME® enclosures can be used with the ILME MIXO system: the classic diecast aluminum types (IP65), as well as the new V-type enclosures, the non-metallic T-type, or special enclosures (central lever, EMC, for aggressive environment, IP68, etc...).
