Locknuts are available for all thread sizes of the corresponding glands, in Flanged or Non-flanged models, and are made of polyamide 6, with 30% fiberglass added for mechanical resistance.

Flanged nylon locknuts offer the advantage of a larger contact surface:  this in turn means better seal, correction of possible irregularities of the cutout. Sealing quality can be improved by means of an additional sealing washer, mounted between the gland and the panel.
