EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) enclosures are designed to either bring the levels of electrical/electronic emission from the equipment inside the enclosure to a minimum, or to maximize immunity of the said equipment, to the electrical/electronic interference generated by the environment. Enclosures "EMC version" by ILME combine the robustness of the standard enclosures with improvements such as conductive coating of hoods and bases, conductive gaskets, and internal contact elements that ensure uniform grounding of the cable shield to the shell of the hood.
