GLW's MC 40-1 and MC 40L machines provide efficient processing of loose insulated ferrules in various lengths. The use of premium components in combination with a robust construction ensures a high level of reliability and flexibility.
Ferrule sizes can be changed quickly with just a few operations. After the ferrules have been changed in the bowl, only the size-specific wire stripping-receptacle needs to be swapped before stripping and crimping can resume.
The 2 machines can handle ferrules/wires from 22 to 8 AWG. They are readily available from ITC, along with a wide choice of insulated ferrules.

Emergency stop switches, commonly called E-Stops, are used to provide fail-safe manual shut-down of a number of electrical machinery, control systems, conveyors, automated assembly machinery and robotics, instrumentation, medicals, vehicles, etc.
Based on international Standards (CSA C22.2 No. 14-95, IEC 60947-5-1, UL 508, VDE 660, etc..) these devices must ensure foolproof operation, without the risk of introducing hazards or danger to the operator or the machinery.
SKT Safety Switch with Actuator Key

The SKT 30mm plastic safety switches by BERNSTEIN, available in Canada from ITC, are the smallest models offering positive opening, and a choice of 1NO+1NC contacts or 2NC contacts.
These are typical double-insulated door safety switches, with a separate actuator key. They are particularly designed for applications where space limitations impose the use of a very compact switch. The operating head can be rotated at 90 degrees steps.
SKT switches are CSA certified, and are rated 250V, 10A, ingress protection IP65, temperature range -30 to +80˚C, mechanical life 1x106 operations. RoHS compliant.

Filter Fans and Vents for Industrial Control Panels

ITC presents a complete line of Filtered Fans and Vents as manufactured by DBK Thermal Management UK.
Filter Fans are suitable for use in electrical cabinets and enclosures in which excessive heat develops due to the high density of equipment. Overheating can cause damage to the components inside.
Properly selected fans and vents circulate air through the enclosure by drawing in cooler air from the outside and forcing warm air out.

Plastic Holders Designed to hold Documents Inside a Panel

ITC now presents two sizes of economical document holders, designed to keep diagrams, instructions, certificates at hand when working in an electric panel. Model 111.201 is 267x267mm wide, 27 mm deep (approx. 10.5x10.5x1”) and are appropriate to hold letter size documents. Model 111.202 is 200x200x27mm (approx. 7.5x7.5x1”) and accommodates small booklets or folded sheets.
Both are made of sturdy polyamide, black (orange upon special request), and come with adhesive tape for installation. Large widows on the front allow full visibility of the contents.
