For most light-duty applications, ITC proposes the versatile, economical “HP series” small polypropylene enclosures manufactured in Germany by SPELSBERG.
These economical boxes, suitable for installation in damp or wet areas, come in six sizes from 75x75mm (~3x3”) to 199x149mm (~8x6”), feature IP55 protection and IK07 impact resistance, are halogen-free and flame retardant (UL94-V2). All have soft entry seals, which can be rapidly cut to size, or used for entry via standard cable glands. The smaller models’ covers are snap-in type, while the larger models have ¼ turn plastic screws. A plastic tether secures the cover when open, in the 2 largest models.

The popular panel-mounted Voltmeter and Ammeter switches, manufactured by SONTHEIMER GmBH, are now available from stock at ITC. These models complement the well-known, wide range of standard and custom rotary and on-load disconnect switches by the same manufacturer.
Voltmeter switches are rated 16A, 600V (UL/CSA), and come in two models: p/n LBS-V3/8/ZM is a 3-position+0, phase-to-phase switch, while p/n LBS-V30/8/ZM is a 6-position+0, phase-to-phase plus phase-to-neutral switch. The ammeter switch type LBS-AU31/8/ZM is a 3-position+0 model.

DIN-Rail mounted Relay modules ERM

The line of DIN-Rail mounted low voltage relays from ITC now features a new compact, economical module with plug-in (removable) relay.
Such small DIN-mounted relay modules are very popular, being used as interface between PLCs and other control components, and the respective controlled devices (loads).
In line with the other existing units, the new ERM model can be mounted on all 35mm rail as well as on asymmetric 32mm rail. The removable relay (available also as a spare part) is rated 10A, 24V, with 1NO+1NC contact (form C). Connections are by means of screw-clamp terminal blocks mounted on the PCB, which accept wires 24- 14AWG.
New Precision Cutter for PVC Wire Duct up to 125mm Wide

ITC introduces model VKS125, a bench-mounted wire duct cutter which cuts PVC ducts and covers up to 125mm wide, exactly and effortlessly in seconds.
This hand lever operated tool, manufactured in Germany by ALFRA®, provides burr-free cuts without waste. The wide support plate offers full support to the duct, preventing its sagging, and is equipped with a length stop adjustable to maximum 1m length. The scale is both metric and in inches, and is laser engraved on the support plate, ensuring durability.

Minature Pre-wired IP67 Limit Switches

ITC is now offering a new line of pre-wired, extremely compact, IP67 double-insulated limit switches, manufactured by BERNSTEIN of Germany.
These cULus approved, plastic body limit switches’ dimensions (excluding the actuators) are just 49x30mm (~2”x1-1/4”), with thickness 16mm (5/8”), allowing installation in very limited spaces. Being pre-wired, they offer Ingress protection IP67.
The main features of these switches include: Double insulation, positive opening contacts rated 240V 10A (UL), switching capacity: 24Vac, 10A – 240Vac, 3A.
Compact Hand Hydraulic Punch

ITC offers a new compact hand-operated hydraulic tool, to be used in conjunction with punch/die sets (in particular with the patented TriStar® die sets from ALFRA), for punching steel or stainless steel plates.
The “Compact” model, ideal for operation in small and medium shops, has an aluminium body of very small dimensions (only 300mm ~ 1" long), is lightweight (1.6 kg ~ 3.4 lbs).

New DIN-Rail mounted compact fuse holder terminal block

ITC introduces a new, improved DIN-Rail mounted compact (8 mm pitch) disconnect/fuse holder terminal block, designed to mount 5x20 or 5x25 glass cartridge fuses.
The new terminal block mounts on any 35mm, 32mm asymmetrical, or 15 mm DIN Rail, and is completely enclosed and does not need a separate end plate: this feature means a space saving, as well as significant economy.
The main characteristics are: UL and CSA ratings 22-10AWG, 600V, 10A; dimensions (on 35x7.5mm rail): 50.3x57x8mm (HxLxW). Approvals include cURus and CSA.
