Monobloc LED Pilot Lights in Five Colours & 4 Voltages

The 22.5mm Monobloc panel indicator LED Pilot lights recently introduced by ITC combines the convenience of single-component (no separate part numbers to order, only one piece to install) with long life (more than 30,000 hours), low power consumption, low heat generation and high visibility of modern LEDs. These models are all UL listed/recognized and are available from stock in your choice of five colours (white/green/red/amber/blue), for 12V, 24V (AC/DC), 110V (AC or AC/DC) and 220V(AC only).

ITC also offers a bi-colour (Red/Green) 22.5mm Monobloc LED pilot light, which offers the possibility of a double indication in one single device. This model is only available in 24V AC/DC, CE-marked only.

Polyester Enclosures Series CP/CPS

ITC introduces the new "Series CP" and "Series CPS" enclosures, manufactured in Germany by BERNSTEIN®, made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin.

They are designed to be used both for INDOOR and OUTDOOR applications. Series CP models are grey, while Series CPS models are black, which are also UV-resistant.

All models:

meet ATEX requirements for installation in potentially explosive environments (Ex)
temperature rating: -60 to 165°C
ingress protection is IP66, up to IP67 with special seal
cULus approval

18 different sizes of enclosures are available for each series CP, CPS, from 80x75x55mm (~3.25x3x2.25") to 400x105x165mm (~16.25x4.25x6.75").
Available accessories include back plates, hinges, brackets, etc...

Custom DIN Rail & End Protectors

ITC carries many types of DIN rail and can cut and/or punched it to a Customer's specifications.

ITC has in stock, and can supply custom cut pieces of, the standard galvanized steel rail as well as stainless steel and aluminium (35x7.5mm), copper (35x7.5 and 35x15mm) and even PVC 35x7mm rail.

The new end protectors for the popular 35x7.5mm DIN rail and for the "raised" 35x15mm rail are designed to easily snap onto the extremity of the rails,

Relay Modules

Two new compact, economical DIN rail mounted relay modules are now available at ITC.

Small relay modules are extremely popular, used as interface between PLCs and other control components, and the respective controlled devices (loads).

Part No. 491.095 is a 10A relay, with 1NO+1NC contact (Form C).

Part No. 419.036 is a 3A relay, with 1 NO contact only (Form A).

PMX PV Fuse Holders

ITC - well known for its DIN mounted, dead-front fuse holders for "Midget" and "CC" fuses, introduces the new PMX "PV" line of DIN-rail mounted, modular fuse holders for photovoltaic fuses size 13/32"x1-1/4" ("midget" or 10x38mm).

These fuse holders, rated 1000V DC, 30A (CSA/UL), have been developed to offer a compact, safe and convenient protection for photovoltaic applications. It is in fact common for such installations, to have no-load DC voltages in excess of 800V: the combined use of the new PMX "PV" devices and of the photovoltaic-rated corresponding fuses (also available at ITC) provides the approved level of protection for solar equipment and panels.

Modern compact design, coupled with the use of high quality materials (silver plated copper contacts, thermoplastic resins with high temperature resistance and self-extinguishing) make the new fuse holders the choice for new and existing solar panels.

Manual Motor Starters on DIN Rail, 25A

ITC introduces a new line of DIN rail mounted miniature motor starters, rated up to 25A.

The new manual starters offered by ITC (Type Ex9SN25) can be used to operate motors up to a maximum of 20HP (600VAC, three-phase).

The design of these devices is very compact - only 44mm (~1.75") of DIN rail are taken by one starter.

Two models are available: with two buttons (ON-OFF), and with padlockable rotary handle. 14 different overload settings are available from stock for each type, from 0.10-0.16A to 20-25A. Rated voltage 600V (cULus), ambient rated temperature -20 to +55°C, Ingress protection IP20. Several accessories are available, including auxiliary contacts and undervoltage release modules.

NEW - Hinged Cover Compact Metal Bulkhead Enclosures

As part of ILME's wide range of 3-pole to 8-pole connectors, ITC introduces the new metal bulkhead housings with hinged covers. With IP44 protection (IP67 with additional optional seal), the new enclosures provides extra protection for externally mounted connectors, in the most diverse environments, without the need of a separate tethered cover.

Different models are provided for male and for female inserts, and both are available with galvanized steel closing levers, or with stainless steel levers and rollers.

Aluminium industrial enclosures Series CA

The new CA enclosures manufactured in Germany by BERNSTEIN and distributed in Canada exclusively by ITC are designed to contain and protect sensitive electrical, electronic, control and pneumatic components, even in harsh environments. They are made of diecast aluminum (Al Si 12), with factory-injected seal of polyurethane, offering IP66 ingress protection (optionally IP67) and excellent resistance to salt water and most chemical products. They are also suited for use in potentially explosive atmosphere.

NQ3 Electromagnetic Starters

ITC’s NQ3 Electromagnetic Starters offer maximum flexibility while keeping inventory at a minimum.

A new family of direct-on-line motor starters from 9 to 32A has been added to the vast range of components, controls and accessories offered by ITC.

The different components for the starters: housings (complete with on/off buttons and pre-terminated wires and jumpers), contactors and overload relays are supplied separately, and can be assembled extremely easily and rapidly by the user. This means that parts inventory is greatly reduced, and that exchange or replacement of the components can be done in a matter of minutes.

A new 28-page catalog from ITC presents in a compact format all the non-metallic and diecast aluminum enclosures which ITC has available.

These include polycarbonate and polystyrene enclosures, with transparent or solid cover, up to 360x254x165mm (~15"x10"x6"), polycarbonate or polyester boxes with hinged solid or transparent covers up to 600x800x280mm (~ 24"x31"x11"), diecast aluminum enclosures up to 600x310x180mm (~ 24"x12"x7"), as well as back plates and numerous accessories.

Polyester boxes are appropriate for outdoor applications.
